Solution

Go to www.pogo.com.

Click the 'Sign In' link at the top right-hand corner of the Pogo.com home page.

Click the 'Forgot Password or Screen Name' link.

Recovering a Password:

Enter your Pogo or Club Pogo screen name in the text field in the Recover Password section of the page.
Click the Send Me My Password button.

Enter the e-mail address associated with your Pogo or Club Pogo screen name in the text field in the Recover Screen Name section of the page.
Click the Send Me My Screen Name button.
